  Personal information:
For a long time, the north in general, and the north of Europe, wasn't the focus of my vacation plans. Even though I spent a summer vacation in August in the north, my interests lie somewhat further south... Nevertheless, I visited the city of Krakow in southern Poland in 2013 and loved it! Great weather, amazing bars and restaurants, a fantastic market square, etc. And the famous Schindler factory is very close by.

I was so impressed, so in 2024, on my way to the Baltics, I stopped first in Wroclaw (a super beautiful city, highly recommended) and then in Warsaw (quite expensive plaster), and on the return trip, instead of the Polish Baltic Sea (high prices and unreliable weather), I experienced a real summer in Krakow again.

Of course, the former (and always trying to seize power) conservative and pro-Russian governments, which base their power on simple and easily influenced rural residents, pose a high risk to Poland's reliability, but we hope for Tusk!
